Instructions for Standing on Balance Board:

→ Position your right/left foot on the right/left side of the balance board.
→ Position your other foot on the opposite side of the balance board and start pushing it down gently until the balance board is parallel to the ground.
→ Now it’s the golden moment! Do your best to keep the balance board parallel to the ground as long as you can; meanwhile your muscles of abdominal, internal/external oblique, legs are intensely engaged. This engagement makes your muscles stronger.

Standing is not the only position that can be exercised with balance board. Positions other than standing are also used to target particular muscles. When doing the balance board exercises, every part of your body which is engaged in keeping your body balanced will be strengthened.
